What is the policy for refunds and cancellations?We require a $100 refundable damage deposit for all rentals. This deposit can be returned 30 days before your event with written notice, after 30 days it is no longer refundable for a cancellation (It would be applied towards a future booking) Any time after 7 days, any deposit or payment made will not be returned in the event of a cancelled. If an event is cancelled due to weather, we will apply your deposit and/or payment for a future date pending our availability. Please note that we do not issue refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. We recommend that you carefully review our cancellation and refund policy before making a reservation.

What areas do you service?We service the following counties in Ohio: Preble, Montgomery, Greene, Butler, Hamilton, Darke, Miami, Warren. We also service Wayne County, Indiana. If you are unsure if we service your specific area, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Note: Travel fee may apply depending on location

Where can soft play be set up at?You can rent our soft play sets for outdoor events from May to October. However, the area must be flat, free of debris, and low hanging tree branches. We can set up on grass, concrete, or flooring, but we cannot set up on dirt, mulch or gravel. This is to ensure the safety of the children and the integrity of the equipment. Our soft play sets can also be set up indoors year-round.

What is required to book?A $100 refundable deposit for damages & a signed contract is required to book your event with Tiny Miracles Party Rentals. This deposit is not part of your package fee and is refunded at the conclusion of your event as long as there is no damage to the equipment rented. We take great care to ensure that our equipment is in excellent condition, and we expect our customers to leave it in the same condition as delivered. If any damage is incurred during the rental period, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the damage deposit. We recommend that you inspect the equipment carefully before and after use to ensure that there is no damage. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

What are your rules?- Wear socks, no shoes are allowed in the soft play or bounce house area. - Absolutely no sharp objects on the bounce house or play area. - No food, drinks, gum, silly string, face paint, slime, or glitter is allowed in the soft play or bounce house area. - No animals are allowed on the equipment. - Ages 1-5yrs on the bounce house or soft play area - Adult supervision is required at ALL times to ensure the safety of children.

What is your cleaning process?We prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. We clean, sanitize, and inspect all of our equipment before and after each event to ensure the safest play area for your children. You can trust that our equipment is clean and safe for your little ones to enjoy.

What is your travel fee?We are based out of Eaton, OH and travel up to 30 miles free of charge. After 30 miles we charge $2 per mile. If you are unsure if we travel to your area please contact us directly and we would be happy to give you a quote.
